The art of deciphering where form meets function is no easy feat when the task is to incorporate the vast surroundings, as far as the eye can see, into 6,237 square feet of living space. Reimagined through the meticulous lens of designer John Eyring and carefully executed by RM Koemans Construction, the extensive interior / exterior remodel expertly met the challenge by revealing the homes’ clean lines and modern appeal, pulling from a pallet of organic grays tying the home into its sage covered hillside setting and removing any intrusive embellishments to achieve uninterrupted views from every room. Starting where the heated driveway and porte cochere meet italian tile steps lined with blackened steel planters, is the floor-to-ceiling glass wall entry which draws the eye directly through the grand living room towards the sweeping views of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The generous living and entertaining space is now opened up to expand into the new kitchen and sun-drenched breakfast nook.
