As January rolls in, we are eagerly anticipating the opening of the Silver Star Lift. Unfortunately, Mother Nature didn’t cooperate quite as we’d hoped in December, delaying the start of the season for this beloved lift. However, there is good news to share: a strong winter storm swept through last week, significantly improving the snowpack across the mountain. There is also another large storm forecasted for the first week of January.
In the meantime, there is still plenty of terrain to enjoy on the mountain, and the quieter January atmosphere makes it an excellent time to explore and savor Park City’s winter magic. Stay tuned for updates, and as always, think snow!
